Dr Bojan Tamburic

Dr Tamburic is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Engineering at UNSW Sydney, Australian Research Council Mid-Career Industry Fellow (IM230100222) and lead CI of the Nuisance and Harmful Algae Science-Practice Partnership (NHASP). My main research interests are the management of ‘bad algae’ in our waterbodies and the use of ‘good algae’ to produce valuable bioproducts. Previously, I was Chancellor's Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney. I have a multidisciplinary scientific / engineering background with a PhD in Chemical Engineering, an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures and an MSci in Physics, all from Imperial College London.
